Main Terms
You will receive emails from me, including emails necessary for you to access the course. After you have purchased the course there is a 14 day cooling off period in which you may request a complete refund provided that you have not accessed the materials. If you have accessed any of the materials you will be entitled to a partial refund, depending on what you have accessed. If you decide after 14 days that you would rather not complete the course then I might be able to offer a partial refund, depending on circumstances - please contact me as I am always happy to discuss individual cases.

All material in this course is protected by copyright and may not be used for any purpose except as described in the course itself. In particular this course does not qualify you to teach other instructors, or any aspect of the material except as explicitly described in the course.

Terms of business
These terms apply to any business conducted between you, as identified in any order or enrolment used to enter into such business, and I, being Susan Quayle, also trading as The Children's Reflexology Programme or kids reflex. By placing any order or enrolling in any programme you and I agree to be bound by these terms.

Refunds
Any refunds will be made only through the same means as the original payment, e.g. to the same credit card as used for the original purchase.

Physical products
I will refund the purchase price if you are not happy with physical products for any reason and you return them in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to supply a product I will offer a full refund.

Online courses
I will refund the purchase price if you decide that any course is not for you within 14 days of the start of the course and I will remove you from the course and withdraw any associated facilities. If you make this decision after the 14 day cool-off period you will be removed from the course but no refund will be given. I feel very strongly that community should be composed only of fully committed members so it is very important that you are sure that it is in alignment with what you are looking for.

In the unlikely event that unexpected circumstances force me to cancel a course before it is complete I will offer a full refund.

In person training
I will refund the purchase price if you cancel your place before 12 weeks before the start of the course. If you cancel after that date I will negotiate a partial or no refund depending on circumstances, e.g. whether your place is taken by another student.

Certification and programme membership
Certificates, materials, programme membership and other benefits of any course are available only after you have paid in full and completed the course properly, including any homework, assignments, case studies or other requirements.

I will suspend or withdraw at my discretion your membership of any programme or group if you do not abide by these terms or the separate behaviour policy or code of conduct or similar of that programme or group.

Offers and pricing
I reserve the right to change the prices of products and services, and to make special offers, at any time.

If you receive any special offers you may make use of only one such offer per product or service.

You may not make use of offers or updated prices retroactively after you have paid for any product or service.

I will validate any offers you receive and I reserve the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw offers which are not legitimate or are disputed.

Intellectual property
I reserve the intellectual property rights for all materials and products supplied under these terms. You may not copy or redistribute any of the material in any way except and unless I explicitly agree to this for specific purposes. You may not use any of the material supplied except as explicitly agreed and described in the courses and associated programmes.
If you decide not to teach the course, or use the materials supplied to do so, you will return all course materials to me.
You will not sell any of my materials to any third person, except explicitly described for the purpose of their use as part of this programme.

I reserve the right to use my brands, including but not limited to Susan Quayle and The Children's Reflexology Programme and kids reflex with the same restrictions. You may not use any of these brands or their representative logos, nor claim to represent them in any way, except as explicitly agreed and described in the courses and associated programmes and only for as long as you maintain membership of those programmes or groups.

Privacy
I will use data you provide to me only for the immediate and necessary purposes of conducting our agreed business. I will store all such data securely and only for as long as necessary to complete our business.

I will not share any personal data with any third party except as explicitly agreed with you and as necessary purposes of conducting our agreed business.

You may require that I erase any personal data relating to you at any time but in doing so you accept any restriction this might place on my ability to continue providing any products and services and that any such restriction does not entitle you to refund or compensation in any form.

Changes to these terms
I reserve the right to make non-material changes to these terms at any time and without notice.

I reserve the right to make material changes to these terms with appropriate advance notice.

Governance
These terms are governed by and in accordance with English law. By entering into business with me you agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. My liability for any claim however arising will not exceed the price of the goods or services I have supplied to you and I will not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.
